Terms and conditions

  1. All prices mentioned on the Roshe Gallery website are in Australian dollars and include GST. We accept Visa and MasterCard for payment. For your convenience, all sale prices during promotions are displayed alongside the Recommended Retail Price (RRP). Prices are subject to change, and Roshe Gallery has the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. Prior to delivery, full payment of the transaction, including the delivery price, must be made. 
  1. To protect your payment details, all sensitive information pertaining to financial materials is encrypted. We do not keep your credit card information once your order has been completed. You will receive an email confirming your purchase order. Please ensure that you provide accurate and up-to-date contact information should we need to confirm the security of your order.
  1. Orders will be processed only after the total order value, including GST, has been paid in full. If the order is not in stock, a 30% deposit is required, with the balance due when the order is ready prior to delivery.
  2. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, and a termination fee of (50%) of the whole purchase value applies.
  1. The final delivery charge for your order will be computed during the checkout process if you are ordering online, or at the point of purchase when confirming delivery if you are purchasing in-store. Delivery rates are computed using a variety of factors and may vary if your order is modified.
  1. Roshe Gallery will hold your order for up to 4 weeks from the time the product becomes available. Following then, it is the customer's responsibility to find an alternative storage solution.
  1. Prices for products fluctuate from time to time due to price hikes and surcharges in the supply chain, and we make no attempt to notify you of these changes.
  1. Prior to delivery or pickup confirmation, all purchase orders must be finalized and paid for in full.
  2. Roshe Gallery will not accept discounts once an order has been submitted and confirmed. All promotional discounts must be used/entered at the time of purchase.
  3. Roshe Gallery strives to ship and deliver all orders within 6-12 weeks of them becoming available. The expected time of arrival (ETA) of the product(s) is simply an estimate and is subject to change. We make every effort to convey potential changes as soon as they become available.
  1. If you decide to cancel your order, you have the following options:

-        If the balance is not paid in full, you may withdraw or swap products from your order up to the initial deposit amount; however, the new balance after adjustments may not be less than the initial deposit amount. 

-        If you decide to cancel your order and the Balance amount becomes negative, the shortfall amount will be converted to a Store Credit Note and will not be reimbursed to you as a Cash Refund.

-        If you want to cancel your regular purchase order before receiving it and do not want store credit or exchange, you will be charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation charge will be determined as thirty percent (30%) of the original order's entire initial purchase value as dated on the Tax Invoice. If you choose a refund, we will subtract the Cancellation charge and refund the remaining to you using the same mode of payment.

-        If you have received your items and have changed your mind, you have the following options if the product is in its original unopened packaging and within 48 hours of receiving goods: we can accept the product(s) back, but a 30% cancellation fee will be applied to the total of the items being returned if you choose a refund rather than a store credit. Bookings for delivery returns due to a change of mind are not covered by Roshe Gallery and must be pre-paid.

  1. Once you have received your items, Roshe Gallery cannot accept returns of unboxed, assembled, or dirty goods; if you have changed your mind or determined that you have no use for them.
  2. Any flaws in the product(s) must be reported to Roshe Gallery within 24 hours of the products being delivered or collected. This reporting period is not necessary for claims against supplier manufacturer flaws, which can be submitted at any time within the warranty term. Roshe Gallery does not promise that an item will be replaced if the appeal is deemed unreasonable or falls outside the scope of the modification agreement.
  3. Roshe Gallery must be notified of any flaws or dissatisfactions with the delivered items, which must be supported by photographic or video evidence. If you reject products without providing appropriate evidence, we have the right to deny your claim and charge you a redelivery fee.
  4. All quotations are valid for two weeks or until the quoted date. To be redeemed, all quotations must be written and provided on our system. Verbal quotations, quotes that are not on our system, or quotes that have expired, are not acceptable. If no expiration date is specified on the quotation, it is valid until the end of the promotion that was in effect at the time the quote was provided.
  5. Roshe Gallery has the right to reject all or part of your order or limit the number of items without obligation to you for the following reasons:

- One of the products in that order has been discontinued and is no longer available.

- The shipping charge provided by Roshe Gallery is deemed unreasonable.

- We retain the right to temporarily withdraw item(s) from sale if there is a mistake in the pricing, product, or description shown on the website or instore.

- The directive initiates fraud prevention procedures.

- We feel it is otherwise essential or expedient to do so.
