Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping Policy:

Shipping within Melbourne:

• A flat fee of $250 starts for deliveries within the city limits.
• The cost will be based on the customer's specific location and may be increased.

Shipping outside Melbourne:

• Shipping costs for destinations outside of Melbourne will be negotiated with DHL or other reputable shipping companies and communicated to the customer upon inquiry.

 

 

Refund Policy:

Order modifications:

• You can modify your order before full payment, but the new balance cannot be less than the initial deposit.

Order cancellations:

• Before receiving your order:
• A 30% cancellation fee applies for refunds.
• Store credit is offered as an alternative.
• After receiving your order:
• Returns are accepted within 48 hours for unopened items, but a 30% fee applies for refunds.
• Delivery return bookings are not covered and must be prepaid.
• Opened, assembled, or dirty items cannot be returned.

Product flaws:

• Report flaws within 24 hours of delivery/collection.
• Supplier flaws can be reported anytime within warranty.
• Photographic/video evidence is required for claims.
• Missing evidence may result in claim denial and redelivery fees.
